Taking inspiration from Palm Springs, a mecca of style in the 1950s and 1960s, this new collection is comprised of over 300 pieces, and embraces Palm Springs iconic mid-century architecture and its natural transition between indoor and outdoor spaces.  With warmth, colour and personality, it is a response to the enduring popularity of the era’s styling and design.

Soft sculptural lines and rounded shapes are seen across furniture and home accessories, and oak and dark wood finishes evoke a mid-century feel.  Glass and brass combine in elegant shapes and finishes across furniture, lighting and accessories, whilst tubular metal in black and brass finishes is seen in many new shapes. Textiles are influenced by the vibrant colour, plants and environment of Palm Springs, and woven geometrics and textural melange weaves coordinate with bold nature inspired prints, introducing pattern, colour, texture and softness to the scheme. 

Palm Springs by John Lewis includes a wealth of decorative objects and lighting, which bring a sense of fun and style into the home.  An enticing mix of glass, ceramic, brass and wooden pieces feature animals and cacti highlights the relationship between the indoors and outdoors, and this theme is also expressed through a series of colourful planters and plant pots presented in ceramic and wooden frames.
